Overview
Occasionally you may need to ship products with a different export type than the default, for example when shipping samples, returns or gifts as these are subject to different customs charges.
DHL Express Commerce now supports specifying the export type using rules.
To set this up:
- Navigate to Settings > Rules > +Add a new rule
- Specify the Condition which when met, you would like to apply the rule with
- Select Set Reason For Export as the Action and choose the Export Type that you want to be set
- Click Save
