Search for an order

Overview

• There are several ways to search for an order in DHL Express Commerce.

Using the search function on the dashboard

1. In DHL Express Commerce, click the Search bar in the top right corner of the dashboard.
   
2. Search using one of the following:
   • Order number
   • Tracking number
   • Customer email
   • Customer name
3. Press the Enter key or click on the search icon.

Use the Search page

1. In DHL Express Commerce, go to the Search page.
2. Enter the order number in the search bar.

Search from the Orders page

1. Go to the Orders page.
2. Click the Filter orders field.
3. Search using one or more filter options.
   

Use the search function under Workflows

1. Go to the Workflows page.
2. Select Search for an order.
3. Search using any of the fields mentioned above.
