Create a manual order

Overview

• DHL Express Commerce makes it easy to add manual orders into your order queue, which is useful for retailers that operate across multiple channels.

Create a manual order

1. In DHL Express Commerce, navigate to Orders.
2. Click Create Order on the top right of the dashboard.
3. Enter the contact and address details, then click Save.
4. Add new items, and edit item details as required.
5. Edit your packaging type.
6. Select your courier service.
7. Choose your delivery options. 
8. Click Save or Print.
