- Learn how to update an order in DHL Express Commerce
- You can update an order's address, item, package and courier details.
Batch update
If you would like to update the shipping service you are using for some orders in the new tab in bulk please follow the below steps:
- Select all the orders that should be updated.
- Click on Batch update in the top menu.
- Select the carrier from the drop-down.
- Enter in the product code of the service you would like to use.
- Change any of the options as needed.
- Click Update.
Edit sender and receiver details
- Open the order you'd like to edit from the New orders grid.
- Click the pencil edit icon next to either the Sender or Receiver section.
- After making your changes, click Save in the bottom right of the dialog box.
- Once you've finished making all your changes to the order, click Save at the bottom of the page.
Edit items
- Open the order you'd like to edit from the New orders grid.
- Click the Expand arrow next to the Items section.
- Click the pencil edit icon next to the item you'd like to edit.
- Click Update order in the bottom right of the order dialog to save your changes.
- Once you've finished making all your changes, click Save at the bottom of the page.
Edit packages
- Open the order you'd like to edit from the New orders grid.
- Click the Expand arrow next to the Packaging section.
- Edit the details of each package such as quantity, length, width, height and weight, or you can choose to Add a new package.
- Once you've finished making all your changes, click Save at the bottom of the page.
Edit courier
- Open the order you'd like to edit from the New orders grid.
- Scroll down to the Carrier section.
- Select the desired carrier service.
- The options shown will change based on the service selected.
- Once you've finished making all your changes, click Save at the bottom of the page.
