Overview
- You can book a courier pickup and schedule them to collect packages from your location for delivery.
- Within DHL Express Commerce, you can book pickups for DHL Express directly through the platform.
- This process involves specifying details such as the number of packages and their total weight.
Requirements
Please make sure you have the following information before booking the pickup.
- Number of packages
- Total weight of packages (kg)
Book a pickup
- From the DHL Express Commerce dashboard, go to the Printed or Shipped tab.
- Select the order, then select Book pickup.
- Fill in the pickup date, time and other pickup details
- Click Book Pickup to finalise the pickup.
