If you want to book a pick-up for your consignments you can do this inside DHL Express Commerce. Please make sure you have the following information before booking the pickup.

• Number of packages
• Total weight of packages (kg)

Book a pickup

• Go to the Printed orders screen
• Tick multiple orders which are ready for collection and use the action menu to book a pickup 

If you have only one order to be picked up you can use the 3 dots shown below to order a pickup within the printed tab

• Fill in the pickup date, time and pickup details
• Click Book Pickup
