Overview
This article describes the steps for archving and deleting orders within your DHL Express Commerce profile. Please be advised any orders which are not collected by the DHL courier you will not be billed for, only orders which are collected the billing process will begin for those shipments.
Delete orders in your New tab
Please note: Once an order has been deleted from the new tab it can be re-imported under the same order number
- In your DEC account, go to the New tab.
- Select the orders you would like to delete
- Click Delete orders button
Archive orders in your Printed tab
Please note: Once an order has been printed you will not be able to delete them but you can archive them.
- In your DEC account, go to the Printed tab.
- Select the orders you would like to Archive
- Click Archive Orders button
