3. Adjust your Waybill settings
Shipment preparation is a two-step process.
- Labels are created for the items which will travel through the international mail network.
- The items are then consolidated for their journey through the DHL Express network to the Deutsche Post Mail Terminal and a DHL Globalmail Waybill (AWB) is created for this shipment.
Once the consolidated shipment reaches the Deutsche Post Mail Terminal, the mail items are processed and sorted for forwarding via the international mail network to the destination country.
In the Advanced tab of the DHL Express Globalmail settings, you can adjust your AWB cropping option, as appropriate.
- If you are happy with the AWB provided back in an A4 format, you can just leave it with the AWB Label Cropping set to None.
- If you would like to receive the AWB in a label sized format, change the AWB Label Cropping to White.
4. Using Rules to assign a specific service
