Overview
- DHL Express Commerce offer paperless trade for customers shipping internationally.
- With paperless trade, you no longer have to include the commercial invoice on the package; you will only be required to attach the courier label.
- All of the customs documentation will be stored electronically and when it is scanned at customs the information will be displayed to customs.
Set up
If you would like paperless trade, this first needs to be enabled by DHL Express and you will need to be paperless trade approved by DHL. Please talk to either your DHL sales manager or submit an in-app support ticket.
To enable paperless trade within DHL Express Commerce, navigate to:
- Settings > Couriers > DHL Express > Advanced tab > Tick Paperless Trade > Click Save.
