Overview
- DHL Express Commerce now supports displaying product images on packing slips and packing summaries for orders imported from eBay, Shopify and WooCommerce.
- If your products on eBay or Shopify have images, DHL Express Commerce will automatically import and store them in your account.
- This article outlines how to display images on your packing slips and packing summaries.
Important
This feature is only supported for orders imported from:
- eBay
- Shopify
- WooCommerc

Displaying Images on Packing Slips
- In DHL Express Commerce, navigate to Settings > Packing Slip.
- Select Configure your packing slips here.
- Click Customise using template editor.
- In the dropdown under Template Size, choose A4 Images for a preset template that includes images.
- To customise the packing slip, add or remove any additional properties to the A4 Images template.
Once your edits are complete, click Save.
Displaying Images on Packing Summaries
- In DHL Express Commerce, navigate to Settings > Packing Slip.
- Select Configure your packing summary here.
- Choose Customise your own item summary with images for a preset template that includes images.
- To customise the packing summary, add or remove any additional properties to the A4 Images template.
Once your edits are complete, click Save.
Image formatting
When using the A4 Images template or the %ItemImage% property, the image will automatically resize to fit the cell appropriately.
