BigCommerce: Product location

Overview

• DHL Express Commerce can import orders with product Bin and Warehouse Location from BigCommerce.
• In order to have these product attributes show up in DHL Express Commerce, you will need to have the following fields configured in your BigCommerce Products.

To Import Bin Location

1. In BigCommerce, go to Products.
2. Select a product to edit.
3. Navigate to the Other Details tab.
4. Set the Bin Picking Number.

To Import Warehouse Location

1. Go to Products.
2. Select a product to edit.
3. Navigate to the Custom Fields tab.
4. Create a Custom Field with the name Warehouse.
5. Enter in the Warehouse value.
