A. Create a different line for each item with the same Order Number.

Q. How can i specify multiple packages dimensions for multi piece orders?

A.

Step 1:

1. Go to Settings > Package Setup
2. Select Option “Single Package using sum of item weights and integration item dimensions”
3. Click Save

Step 2:

1. Create a CSV file that you would like to upload
2. Define package Height,Length,Width in the file across the multi-line order
3. The dimensions will be imported for each package and weight of the package will be taken from the weight defined in the same row.

A. You can add anything you want in the shipping method field. You can define which shipping method matches with which courier product code in Settings > Rules.
