Overview
Integrate with Shopify to import your orders, create shipment labels and show live DHL Express rates at your checkout.
The integration can also write back tracking information to an order after printing the shipment label.
You can integrate as many Shopify stores as you need to.
Add Shopify as an integration
- In DHL Express Commerce, go to Settings, then select Integrations.
- Click Add a new integration, and select Shopify from the list.
- Click Authorise your shopify store. This will redirect you to your Shopify store admin panel.
- Enter your login details for your Shopify store
- Install the DHL Express Commerce app
- You will then be taken back to DHL Express Commerce. Click Test to ensure it works to test the connection.
- Once the integration has been authorized and the test has been completed successfully, select your preferred Status to import.
- Click Save.
- Follow the steps below to lookup and select a Fulfillment location
Set Fulfillment Location
This is a necessary step to ensure the tracking number writeback to the order occurs.
If this step isn't followed the writeback feature will fail.
- In DHL Express Commerce, go to Settings, then select Integrations.
- Click Settings next your Shopify Integration.
- Scroll to the Fulfillment Location section.
- Click Lookup. The fulfillment locations from your Shopify store will be shown.
- Select the fulfillment location
- Save

Note! Live rates at checkout in Shopify requires the Shopify Advanced or Plus plan. Ensure you have the third party calculated shipping rate feature as part of your Shopify account.
