Search for an order

Use the Search Page

1. Go to the Search page.
2. Enter the order number in the search bar.
   

Search from the orders page

1. Go to the Orders page.
2. Click the search bar.
   
3. Search using one of the following:
   • Order number
   • Tracking number
   • Customer email
   • Customer name

Use the search function under Workflows

1. Go to the Workflows page.
2. Select Search for an order.
3. Search using any of the fields mentioned above

Tip
You can also click the tick box Include orders from child accounts to search for orders across your child accounts too.
