The app will be made available to download from the app store for all countries globally over the coming months.
In the meantime, you are still able to register for DHL Express Commerce directly (https://dhlexpresscommerce.com) and link to your store independently.
Q: Will this work with my plan?
DHL Express Commerce can be used to import orders from all Shopify plans. If you would like to use the live rates at checkout feature, then the Shopify Advanced or Plus plan is required. You must also ensure you have the third party calculated shipping rate feature as part of your Shopify account.
Q: How much will it cost?
There is no charge to use DHL Express Commerce, you simply need to hold a DHL Express account to use the solution.
Q: How do I open an account?
If you do not currently hold a DHL Express account and would like to open one, choose ‘Register’ on the dhlexpresscommerce.com home screen. Select your country from the drop-down field and then click on ‘Request an Account’, to be redirected to a page to start this process
Q: Will this show rates at checkout?
Yes, this is possible. The Shopify Advanced or Plus plan must be used and also the third party calculated shipping rate feature as part of your Shopify account.
Q: Will my account agreed rates show on this app?
Yes, DHL Express Commerce will show your account agreed rates when generating shipments.
Q: How do I start to use the app?
Once the app is installed, you simply need to register for DHL Express Commerce (https://dhlexpresscommerce.com) and create the connection to your store to start import orders. A support article containing the steps is available here
Q: Does this work with MyDHL+?
DHL Express Commerce is independent of MyDHL+, however any shipments generated will be visible in the 'Monitoring & Notifications' feature, ProView, if this is currently used.
