Add a digital signature to commercial invoices

Overview

• Some countries’ customs authorities require a signature on the DHL Express commercial invoice. Follow the steps below to add your signature in DHL Express Commerce.
• Your signature will be added to all commercial invoices, including those submitted via Paperless Trade (PLT).

Setting up your digital signature

1. Sign a piece of paper and take a clear photo of your signature, or create a digital signature image.
2. In DHL Express Commerce, go to Settings > Digital signatures.
3. Upload your signature image:
   • Maximum file size: 1 MB
   • Maximum width: 380 px
   • Maximum height: 140 px
4. Click Save.
