Import contacts via CSV

Overview

• Learn how to import a CSV file containing all your contacts into your DHL Express Commerce address book.

Import contacts

1. In DHL Express Commerce, navigate to Address Book from the dashboard.

2. Click Import from CSV.

3. Map the columns in DHL Express Commerce with the column of your CSV or download this template file.

   You can use either the column numbers or the name of the column in the header. We recommend using the column numbers.

   

4. After you have mapped your columns, click Select and choose the CSV file from your computer.

5. Click Import.
