Order Desk Integration

Overview 

• Integrate DHL Express Commerce with Order Desk so you can import your Order Desk orders. 

Before you begin

You'll first need to obtain your Order Desk API Key. You can find this by following these steps:

1. Obtain your Order Desk API Key by logging into your Order Desk admin panel using your personal URL e.g. http://your-account.assistly.com/admin
2. Click Settings.
3. From the menu on the left select API > My Applications.
4. Copy the Order Desk API Key.

How it works

Integrating Order Desk with DHL Express Commerce is easy, and only requires a few steps.

Order Desk must be authorised before you can use it. If you haven't done so already, follow below steps:

1. In DHL Express Commerce, navigate to Settings > Integrations
2. Click Add a new integration > Select Order Desk in the list.
3. Tick Enable Order Desk.
4. Enter your Store Id.
5. Enter your Order Desk API Key.
6. Enter Folder Id
7. Click Save.
